We are available to the customers via our proprietary 24X7 TV Shopping channels (Shop LC in US & Germany and Shop TJC in UK) and other digital medium which includes website, mobile apps, Over-The-Top platforms (OTT’s), social media and third-party marketplaces. A subsidiary of VGL, Shop LC was established in Austin, TX in 2007 and is now broadcasting live to 75-million homes in US. Our growing eCom presence is through our website https://www.shoplc.com/. Shop LC ships approx. 25,000 products to its US customers every day. Shop LC, US employs approx. 550 people in operations such as warehousing, customer service, merchandising, marketing, eCom, Marketplaces, Live Studio. Its management resides at the US headquarters in Austin, with extended support from the Global Headquarters in India.  United States in our largest market and delivers the highest revenue share. The contribution of this region to our consolidated revenue stands at 68%.

TJC OVERVIEW:
A subsidiary of VGL, TJC was established in London, UK in 2006 and now broadcasts live to 25 million homes in UK as well as has an eCom presence through website https://www.tjc.co.uk/ . TJC ships approx. 12000 products to its UK customers every day. TJC employs approx. 220 people in London in various divisions with extended teams in India.

Role Intro - Cyber Security & Compliance Manager:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Cyber Security and Compliance Manager to join our dedicated Corporate IT 
Team.

Key Role & Responsibilities:

• Audit: PCI, GDPR, CCPA, ITGC (KPMG), Infra servers, Application, DB Audit and Application Audit
• Vendor Mgmt.: Liaise with Vendor (SISA, SOC/SIEM) for issues, escalation, security breach. Lead WBR, MBR. Maintain the 
  security posture, raise the red flag, and escalate issue on time Co-ordinate for Forensic investigation
• Policies: IT Security, IT Purge Policy, Email policy, Password policy should be maintained and renew as and when reqd., Cyber security Policy
  Maintain DR-BCP for all Applications, Servers, Location specific, Networking and review with respective team every quarter.
• Assessment: IVA, ASV, APT, IPT, EPT, Subnet scan, Data discovery scan, IP Whitelisting
• Team: Collaboratively work with all the teams, Effective communication by email, chat and phone, building backup team, 
  Share Threat advisory notification, Certification
• Operations: Raise high alert and notify the business on Security Breach, Security Threat, Application Security Checks, 
  Internal Application PT, Vendor Application Integration review, Share Monthly Security posture of VGL Group, Conduct 
  Security Training through LMA for each location on security standard every quarter.
