Mr. Sunil Agrawal is a commerce graduate with an MBA from Columbia University, New York (USA). A first-generation entrepreneur, he established Vaibhav Enterprises in 1980, intending to professionalize the Gems and Jewellery Trade. He has traveled widely and garnered immense knowledge of gemstones and jewellery. He has brought this expertise to bear on the success of the Company. Mr. Harsh Bahadur is MA in History from St. Stephen's College, Delhi University, and MBA from Boston University, the USA, in 1979. He has 33 years of rich experience in the Retail, Branded FMCG, Music, Sportswear, Business services, and Jewellery industries. He is currently on the Board of Indian Terrain Fashions Ltd. as an Independent Director and is also working as a senior advisor in PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC). Mr. Bahadur also advises Private Equity Funds and has evaluated Companies in the automobile servicing, branded food, and e-commerce sectors. In the past, he has worked with Hindustan Unilever for 11 years. He has held the office of CEO for the RP G Music International – a group Company that owned over 80% of the Indian music catalog, focusing on marketing Indian music to the diaspora across the world for two years. Mr. Pulak Chandan Prasad is the founder of Nalanda Capital that holds large and long-term stakes in small to mid-cap listed Companies in India on behalf of the US and European Institutional Investors (primarily Endowments and Foundations). Before Nalanda Capital, Pulak has worked with the global private equity firm Warburg Pincus for more than eight years as the Managing Director and co-head of India. Before Warburg Pincus, Pulak was associated with McKinsey in India, South Africa, and the US for six years. Ms. Stephanie Spong is a venture capitalist with over three decades of professional experience in strategy, operations, and finance, working with both start-ups and established companies in the U.S., Japan, Hong Kong, and Mexico. She brings seasoned business judgment and financial skills, and as Managing Director of Razorfish’s Los Angeles office, she gained valuable operating experience and immersion in the digital media space.
Her previous experience includes Goldman Sachs, McKinsey, Citibank, EPIC Ventures, Royal Street Ventures, and Monitor Group. Since 2006, Ms. Spong has supported fast-growth venture-backed start-ups in tech-enabled industries as a board member and board observer/adviser.
Ms. Spong is a graduate of Brigham Young University and earned her MBA from Harvard Business School.
Mr. Sanjeev Agrawal, aged 55 years, is a commerce graduate from the University of Rajasthan and is a renowned personality in Natural Dimensional Stones in India and across the globe. A first-generation entrepreneur, he established Stone Age Group in 1991 to promote Indian Stones in the global market. In the last 30 years, he diversified the Stone Age Group from a Stone trading company to various manufacturing facilities and supplied different types of natural stones to numerous prestigious projects worldwide.
Mr. Agrawal was instrumental in establishing Strata Stones limited in 2005, a company registered in England, to have a European presence. The Company is now one of the leading suppliers of Natural Stones to the landscape industry within the UK.
Mr. Agrawal has started another venture, "ORVI Design Studio" in 2013, a company with a strong R&D culture and engaged in creating unique surfaces and articles used in high-end projects around the world and have won many international awards.
Mr. Sunil Goyal has vast experience in finance, Internal Control, Risk Assessment and Risk Management, Corporate Governance, Accounting Standards, Assurance, Banking and Insurance, and Judicial process, being a member of various disciplinary committees. He has been deeply involved with the setting and implementation of Accounting and Auditing Standards in India. He has authored multiple books and articles in leading journals.
Mr. Goyal has been President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2004-05 and a Council member for more than 12 years. He has been a member of the Board of Directors and/or various Committee of International Federation of Accountants, New York, an apex body of the accounting profession during 2004-08. He has also been the President of the South Asian Federation of Accountants, an official accredited body of SAARC. He has also been Ex. Committee member of Confederation of Asia and Pacific Accountants, Malaysia. He is an independent director of various listed and non-listed entities. He served as an independent director of the United Bank of India also. He has been a member of the various committee set up by the Government of India relating to Accounting, Finance, Banking, and Insurance in India.

Mr. Pushpendra Singh started his career with NTPC as a Management Trainee immediately after completing his postgraduation in management. His keen sense of human behavior dynamics had him win the approval of not just his managers but his peers early on. He rose rapidly in ranks as his prowess in HR was prodigious. At Reliance Communication, he was widely acknowledged for his strategic thinking, solution orientation, and logical aptitude. He has thrived in roles that demand quick thought and action. Mr. Sogani draws on his passion for jewelry, gemstones, and creating innovative selling techniques that places him a leading expert in the jewelry and gemstone home shopping trade.
His strong ability to recognize trends has influenced several million dollars brands under his management. Sogani is also known for having a keen working relationship with technology teams leading to strong product roadmaps and solid execution. Sogani also established the procurement facilities across China, Bali, India, Bangkok, and Philippines, instituting low-price point multichannel merchandising strategies to achieve the lowest return rate and the highest gross profit rate in the industry. Mr. Deepak Sharma has a considerable and experienced career in the retail world. He is a commerce graduate with an MBA. He began his career as a Merchandiser in textile industry in 2006. In that capacity he participated in developing products for US and UK retailers. In 2008, he joined Vaibhav Global Limited, as an Assistant Manager and has been a part of the organization’s growth and success since the past 14 years. In 2015, he was offered the role of GMM for Lifestyle Buying & Merchandising in ShopLC. During this period, he along with his team elevated GMM’s revenue substantially. Mr. Srikant Jha joined VGL Group straight out of his MBA school in 2007. After spending two years as a Management Trainee, learning the manufacturing and sourcing side of the business, Srikant spent the last ten years at ShopLC (Austin, Texas) and has been instrumental in its growth since then.
Mr. Jha, with his great analytical skills and proven leadership qualities, has been able to excel in fast-paced, high-pressure environments while maintaining an upbeat, positive attitude. He has been a key member of ShopLC and has witnessed the company grow from a team of 58 employees in 2009 to a highly profitable business with a team of nearly 500 employees as of today.
In his recent role as VP of Sales and Marketing at ShopLC, Mr. Jha was managing major business areas, including marketing, sales, eCommerce, content, planning, etc., and has built a solid team to drive the business forward. His experience includes leading IT programme management, application development, infrastructure, security & operation teams.
Mr. Dawra has led many business transformation initiatives, including re-platforming of world leading technology solutions in the e-commerce and call centre sectors. He has been instrumental in transitioning application development into a hybrid engagement model between new vendors and building internal technology strength.
