Vaibhav Global Limited (VGL), incorporated in 1989 is a professionally managed Electronic Retailer of Jewelry and Lifestyle Products with operations in seven countries. VGL is a publicly listed company on Indian stock exchanges (both BSE and NSE) and has private equity investment from well-known PE investors.

The company has a group turnover of approx. Rs. 2,500 Crore (FY 2020-2021) and employs over 4000 people globally. VGL has its head office as well as its main manufacturing facility in Jaipur, India, which employs approx. 3000 people, including contract workers. The company owns TV shopping channels and robust ECom businesses in UK (www.tjc.co.uk) and USA (www.shoplc.com). Both retail units broadcast 24/7 live programming to over 100 million homes through cable, satellite, and telcos. They are also streaming via Web and smart TV’s. Vaibhav is a highly socially responsible company. We pride ourselves for our “Your Purchase Feeds Program (Earlier Know as “One for One meal program”)” where every item sold at our retail units result in a meal for a hungry child. We run this program predominantly in India through Akshay Patra with smaller portion in US through ‘No Kid Hungry’ and in UK through ‘Magic Breakfast’. Since the start of this program six years ago, we have distributed 54 million meals with current run rate of 54,000 meals daily. We encourage our team members to donate at least two hours every month for charitable causes that is tracked through our performance system.

Vaibhav is an environmentally responsible company. Our 100k sq. ft factory in Jaipur is Leeds certified Platinum level green building. We generate 100% of our India energy needs from solar panels. We minimize plastic use and recycle most of what we use. We are highly conscious of energy efficiencies across our operations.

 Role Intro – Merchandiser  

We are looking for result-driven person to join our STS- China team!

Your Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing products from China location.
• Follow-up all the running order sample.
• Follow-up all the order shipment, ensure to deliver all the goods to channel as per their given ETA plan.
• Strong communication between with buyers and team.
• Closely monitoring all the buyer aspects and requirement and timely communicate with them their queries and updates.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
• Researching New suppliers and build the business with them.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office.
• Able to work independently.
• Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure.
• Research on trends and offering on those
• Make the strong offers with good stories
• Weekly share the update with buyer their running orders status and shipment plan.

What to Bring 

• Bachelor's degree or MBA.
• Fresher or 1-year experience.
• Advanced Experience with MS Excel: Angular desired
