Graduate with 2+ years of digital marketing experience. We Prefer demonstrable, successful, hands-on experience with SEO, Content Creation & Marketing, Adwords, Analytics, PR, Social Media Marketing, and Reporting.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Plan and manage social media calendar in an organised fashion and be accountable for its timely execution.
• Initiate growth by undertaking target market research and ensuring engagement to create brand awareness.
• Conceptualize interesting formats & content for social media platforms working closely with the design team.
• Tracking and reporting of post-performance and analytics.
• Monitoring analytics, brand growth and conversation metrics.
• Daily managing content – story and look behind Instagram.
• Curate trending ideas for Instagram stories and content.
• Work with the content team on creating engaging content mailers for internal team as well as for clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in digital marketing in a digital agency in Account management.
• Hands-on experience in creating strategies for digital campaigns through social platforms. Understanding of online marketing tools.
• Ability to pitch ideas and strategies to clients through presentations.
• Able to break down requirements for the team and create and follow up on execution plans internally.
• Good experience and understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
• Strong understanding of the digital landscape. Experience in budgeting, reporting, and analysis.
• Degree in Marketing/Communication or equivalent preferred.
• 2-3 years of hands-on agency experience is required, but not mandatory.
• Good communication skills along with a willingness and ability to work independently and also collaborate with multiple teams.
